Airport Locations And Journey Times

Which Airports and Cruise Terminals are included in this service?

We can arrange your airport transfer from/to

London Heathrow,Gatwick,Stanstead,City and Luton from/to Central London

Cruise terminals  from/to Harwich, Southampton,Dover from/to Central London and London Airports.

Charges

How much does the service cost?
Airport Transfers costs vary depending on number of people you are. On the booking form you will be asked to choose a service option - each service option is individually priced and you can see that price in the list.
 

How much would it cost if I used an airport taxi instead of your service?
This varies from airport to airport, you would pay approx. 20%-30% more than our rates.

Return Journey?

If I book a car service to pick me up from the airport, do I also have to book a car to take me back to the airport at the end of my stay?
No, you are not obliged in any way to use our service for both parts of your journey. This is entirely your choice. You must book your departure separately. You can book it with the driver or on our website.

Payment

How do I pay for my transfer?
Your transfer must be paid via PayPal.If you would like to make cash payments please contact us.

Do I have to tip my driver?
This is your choice and you are not obliged to do so.

Vehicle Size

How many people can fit in one car?
The transfer options are priced according to the number of passengers. A Sedan is used for 1-4 passengers. If there are more than 4 passengers then we would recommend a minivan vehicle which can carry up to 7 people.

How much luggage can fit in a vehicle?
The price options take into account the number of passengers and a reasonable amount of luggage - please see question above. If you feel that you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please select a larger vehicle.

Can I book more than one car?
Yes of course, you can book any combination and any amount of cars or minivans.

Delayed Flights

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Do not worry as this is not a problem. Your driver will keep a check on flight times. He will see from your flight number, and information obtained from the airport if your flight has been delayed. Your driver will arrive at the airport in time for when you arrive. This is the case regardless of how late your flight may be.

Will I be charged extra cost if my flight is delayed?
 You will be charged  if you come out later then 45 minutes after the landing time. For example if your plane landed at 1.45 pm and you arrive meeting point at 2.30pm you will not be charged. However, there will be extra waiting time charge later than 2.30 pm which is £ 3.00 per 10 minutes.  back to top ^

Driver Knowledge And Flexibility

Will my driver know where my hotel is located?
Your driver will know before you are picked up exactly where you are going to.

What happens if I wish to be taken elsewhere before going to the hotel?
You may arrange this directly with your driver. If you wish to be simply dropped off somewhere in Central London, there will usually be no extra charge for this. However, if you want your driver to take you to one destination and then a second destination, you will be charged extra at the local rate.

Confirmation And Contact Details

When will I receive my confirmation email to confirm my booking?
This will usually be sent to you within 24 hours if you have made your booking between Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm (GMT). If you book at any other time, you confirmation email will be sent to you the following morning. We will not accept any transfer requests earlier than 48 hours before the transfers.

How do I contact you by phone in emergencies?
This is not a problem, you will be given the number of your driver in your confirmation email.

Cancelling A Booking

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, of course you can cancel your booking 24 hours before your arrival. You can do this by by fax or email. Later cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you.

Is our car service insured?
Yes absolutely, all cars and drivers are insured comprehensively to transfer passengers.

Are drivers tested for proficiency and knowledge?
Yes all drivers undergo a test to asses their ability and their knowledge of the street plan of London.
